1. Shipping Locations:
• We currently ship to all regions within Bahrain and offer international shipping to select countries.
• If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
2. Shipping Times and Processing:
• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Delivery Time (Bahrain): 1-3 business days.
• International Delivery: 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
3. Shipping Fees:
• Bahrain (Local Delivery):
Free shipping for orders over 20 BHD.
A flat fee of 2 BHD for orders under 20 BHD.
• International Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
4. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders):
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
• Oud Crown is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
5. Missed or Failed Deliveries:
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or the recipient being unavailable, the order may be returned to us.
• Re-delivery fees may apply. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages:
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
• We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
7. Order Tracking:
• After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.
• If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.
8. Delayed Shipments:
While we strive to meet delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (weather, customs delays, etc.) may affect delivery schedules. Oud Crown is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
9. Pickup Option (Bahrain Only):
• We offer an in-store pickup option for customers in Bahrain. Simply select “Pickup” at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready.
